Join us as we spend a few hours together honoring some of the loss we have experienced in 2020. This may be loss of friends, family, and loved ones; business stability; special occasions; lifestyle - loss comes in many forms. This counseling workshop will provide activities, group conversation and processing, and tools to continue practicing mindfulness and moving forward from our grief.
