Adult Me, Little Me Club Healing Your Inner Child An 8-Week Virtual Therapy Group Do you struggle with low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or other challenges rooted in childhood experiences? This 8-week virtual group provides a supportive space to nurture and care for your inner child, rewriting negative self-beliefs and integrating self-compassion.

Over 8 weeks, we will mindfully engage with our inner children, practice self-nurturing through intuitive art and journaling, set healthy boundaries, and integrate positive beliefs through embodiment exercises. Throughout the group you will begin to heal past hurts and emerge more confident and self-assured. The one-time fee of $195 provides access to all video recordings, materials, and downloads. Space limited to 8 participants to ensure intimate support.

Kelly is a compassionate therapist who believes in the power of therapy and considers it an honor to support individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. She takes a strength-based approach and focuses on the whole person, not just their symptoms. Kelly specializes in working with individuals who struggle with PTSD, C-PTSD, Trauma-related disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, self-esteem/body image issues, and navigating life transitions. As an EMDR trained therapist, she uses this modality to help individuals heal from past traumatic experiences. Kelly's theoretical orientation is trauma-focused, person-centered, emotions-focused, and somatic processing. She offers LGBTQIA+ affirming care, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued. Kelly is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Kelly is an Associate Professional Counselor, board certified, with a Master's of Education in Counselor Education from Georgia Southern University.
